8 West Apartments

Nice and decent apartment in a serene environment. One of the best places I have lived in the USA.Package comes with water dispensing refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and internet access plus lots of closet / kitchen cabinets. Good and respectful office staff , full of smiles.

I’m full of life’s experiences, hold high expectations and not easy to please. We’ve been here coming up on two months and this is one awesome place to reside. Peaceful, very well managed, ideally situated and equipped with amenities and staff to keep be in my happy mode.

Scheduled a tour with Lyndsae Bishop. The apartments were beautiful, roomy, very nice features for flooring, tile, and cabinets, etc. Lyndsae was so pleasant to work with and professional. She follows up immediately to confirm the times, reminders of the appointment, answering our many questions and follow up after the appointment. We were very impressed. Thank you!

I enjoy working out in the amazing fitness facility. There is a wide variety of weighting, strength training and cardio equipment. The facility is very spacious. There is also a Yoga Room separate from the gym. The fellowship relationships with the front office and maintenance staff is great. They are attentive and have the best ideas for social activities for the residents and their friendly pets. I'm proud to call 8 West my home!

I love living at 8 West and I have yet to encounter any issues. The staff work really hard to ensure that grounds are well kept and the office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The community is centered in a great area with access to great restaurants and shopping centers. I would recommend 8 West to a potential renter.

So far everything is perfect. The staff is awesome and always willing to help. The area is beautiful, clean, and safe. The complex is within walking distance to the nearby shopping center which is great. I also enjoy the amenities and the discounts we receive from the Grandover Resort.

We love the location and nearby shopping etc. Everything is convenient and easily accessible. Community seems nice so far and we are looking forward to using the many amenities offered.
